When do I order?
We require a 14 days notice for custom orders and a 50% deposit within 24 hours is required to confirm an order. For regular orders we request at least 3 days notice and full payment to place the order. For more information read our Terms and Conditions.

Do you offer vegan and gluten free options?
Our products are free of alcohol, gelatin, or any meat derivatives. We do not have option for vegan and gluten free at present.

What is your refund policy?
Before handing you the item at pick up or delivery we will show you the order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once customer has received the order. We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:
An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Weather related delivery issues or issues beyond our control
Product damaged or rendered unusable due to customer's improper transportation or storage

Can I modify my order?
We understand that plans can change and we want you to be happy with your order. We are happy to work with you to make any requested modifications. However, modifications are not guaranteed within 7 days prior to collection date. Modification may incur additional charges and may require additional payments.

Can I cancel my order?
Things always don't go as planned. We can always work with you to make any adjustments if possible. However, if you cancel a custom order, for any reason, 25% of the total price is a non-refundable retainer. We have a strict no cancellation policy within 72 hours of collection date. For regular orders you will receive a 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours of collection. No cancellation allowed within 24 hours of collection. For more information read our Terms and Conditions.
